Established in 1998, Taiwan International Documentary Festival (TIDF) is now the second largest documentary festival in Asia, which shows about 120 works and attracts 60,000 attendants each edition. This year, TIDF will take place from October 22nd to 31st, 2010, at the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts in Taichung, Taiwan. From now on, the festival calls for entries for International Competitions (International Feature-Length Documentary and International Short-Length Documentary). In addition, Asian Vision Award is set to highlight Asian characteristics, while Taiwan Award is to center attention on Taiwanese spirit. Deadline of the entry is June 15th, 2010.
